TRAVELING TO WADI RUM
Attendees should make flight arrangements to the airport Queen Alia International Airport – Amman Airport (AMM). It takes approximately 3.5 hours by car from the airport to Wadi Rum, where the Katha will be held.
Please see below options for transfers between Queen Alia International Airport – Amman Airport (AMM) and the Wadi Rum camps. Please note the rate shown is for one transfer (e.g. transfer from airport to camp). All bookings can be made with the travel agent Jordan Explorers.

VISAS
A tourist visa (single entry visa valid for one month) is required to enter Jordan. Individuals can obtain their own visas as noted below.
UK CITIZENS
Alternatively, a tourist visa can be gained upon arrival at the airport, and costs 40 JD (approximately 56 USD), without the assistance of Jordan Explorers. Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Jordan.
USA CITIZENS
A tourist visa (single entry visa valid for one month) can be gained upon arrival at the airport, and costs 40 JD (approximately 56 USD). Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Jordan.

A tourist visa can be gained at any Jordanian Diplomatic Missions in India, or upon arrival at any airport in Jordan.
