THE JOURNEY
We had little or no knowledge of Jordan until we had come for a family holiday in 2013 and we quickly fell in love with the country and its incredible people. From our time in incredible Amman to sailing in Aqaba to the extraordinary Petra. Jordan certainly does not have a shortage of incredible things to do or see. We were told by a friend that we must visit Wadi Rum. We had no knowledge of the place but, from the moment we first entered Wadi Rum, we felt that we had inadvertently stumbled upon a magical mystical land and could not believe that this place was a part of the earth that we live upon.
As we were sat on a mountain and processing our surroundings, my wife, Monica, said “Wouldn’t it be lovely if we could bring (Morari) Bapu here”. This was a moment of perfect clarity for all of us and we all just got excited about the idea of hosting Morari Bapu in Wadi Rum. Now five years later we are actually hosting this event. We are absolutely thrilled to be doing this here in Jordan and in Wadi Rum. What more could we want or ask for? Spreading the message of peace and love amongst our fellow man. We are all more similar than we are different.
